1. Write A Message

Create an encouraging note in Spanish and/or English.

Ideas include:

• “Eres amado.”
• “You are loved.”
• “Tú eres importante.”
• “You matter.”
• “Puedes hacer esto.”
• “You are strong.”
• “Eres increíble.”
• “You are incredible.”

2. Make It Creative

Your note can be any size, any color, and on any type of paper. You may use markers, crayons, stickers, drawings, or any art supplies you like.

Notes will be given to our partner, Amicas de Tias, and then hand-delivered to immigrants in detention centers.
